I didn't want to say goodbye, would use them next time. Its location was marvellous, 5 minutes walk away from a huge plaza. More than that, it was just off Museo Cerralbo the mansion home of the 17th Marquis of Gerrablo and Museo Sorolla the studio-mansion of the artist Joaquin Sorolla and all central tourist attractions.

We stayed there for the trip, had a very good experience. Amazing facilities, everything we needed was there. For safety measures it had smoke detectors. Enjoyed our fast meals at Museo del Jamon, nestled 1 km from this place.

The kitchen was well-equipped and the lounge had large windows with narrow balconies. the staff at Roisa Suites were friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in early due to using their pickup service. The apartment's location was convenient for walking to attractions or using the nearby tube stations. Cons: No complaints. 😊.

It was marvellous and incredible in a lical neighborhood. Also, we liked that it was just next door to the center and all the main plaza's and metro or markets and restaurants.

The room was too small.

We had a very good stay in Madrid near to La Latina Metro, the centre and restaurants. Everything here was perfect and the location was magnificent. Nice drinks at Harry Louis, nestled 500 ft away. Satisfied with bathroom and balcony, for example available...

Bright, clean apartment with comfortable beds, great shower, and well-equipped kitchen. Friendly staff, convenient location near tube stations and attractions. Easy airport pickup and early check-in option available. Nearby cafes and shops in charming old town.

I liked the host who runs the place. Easy check-in & late check-out, marvellous service. Its bedroom was separate and big size with comfy bed.

Helpful staff at all times and a nice size rooms. Magnificent and stunning location - minutes from Gate of Toledo. Shopping malls and a market nearby.

La posizione davanti al lago è semplicemente fantastica! Siamo stati fortunati ad avere una vista spettacolare durante il nostro soggiorno. Inoltre, la struttura dell'hotel è ben curata, con un bel giardino e una reception accogliente. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, soddisfacendo tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito e la colazione completa e di alta qualità.

Rooms here were equipped with bathroom, modern kitchen plus balcony. Staff were very helpful to our requests:)))

It's a pity but the bathroom was a bit cramped.

Great central location, near restaurants and main sights. Spotlessly clean apartment. Helpful and pleasant staff. Easy to find. Reasonable taxi prices. Noise issue dealt with promptly. Laundry facilities available.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious, clean, and modern apartment in a lovely neighborhood near a subway station. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner. the apartment had comfortable beds and pillows, a great shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. the bright lounge with large windows and balconies added to the overall ambiance. the friendly and helpful staff, along with the option of using the Roisa Suites airport pickup service, made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌🏼.

This place was absolutely incredible! The value for money was mind-blowing. The location was super convenient, close to everything you could possibly want to see. The host was beyond amazing, so kind and helpful. The apartment itself was jaw-dropping, so clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you could ask for, including free wi-fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a lift. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and utensils, perfect for cooking meals. The beds were cozy and comfortable, and the shower was state of the art. We loved the quiet street and the bonus of a nice terrace with nice views. When we visit again, this will be our first choice!

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at that penthouse suite in Madrid. The value for money was exceptional, and the room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the metro, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff were lovely and even gave us a free upgrade!

The breakfast selection could have been better.
